Text from Panassum - English
rarely ever
- I asked for the usage of this expression in the feature ”questions”.
- However I’m still uncertain with my English.
- So, I also put it in here requesting for correction.
- Is this expression very common or is it a kind of stilistic device to emphasize how rarely something really is.
- It seems a little strange to me.
- Actually rarely is the opposite of ever, I think.
- Thank you very much for correcting.
- This is a very useful way of learning for me.
- I wake up and start my day with a small text.
- So, my thinking gets a small but effective stimulus for the whole day to think a little bit English.
- At least I hope so ;)
