- He was a tram driver.
- Now, he is retired and he doesn't have any car.
- He rents a vehicle when he travels abroad.
- He tells it is easier than using public transport in foreign countries.
- 3) Christine, from South Africa, has got a car because public transports are not reliable at her place.
- Once, she rented a big truck to moved out.
- 4) In the past, Helen used taxis in though circumstances.
- Ten years ago, she lived in France and had cancer.
- Every day, a taxi driver drove her to the hospital for her treatment.
- She keeps fond memories of friendly and kind taxi drivers.
- 5) Matthew lives in New York City, it is why he doesn't have any car.
- He commutes by taxi.
- It would be too tricky to find parking in the city.
- Even more, gas and insurance are costly.
- 6) Once, Simon's father hired a small truck when the young man started university.
- It was very practical to transfer all his material.
- Simon was very glad because his father let him drive the vehicle.
