16th July 2013 To whom it may concern, I confirm that Mr Zbigniew Kubica was employed as a teacher at Primary School no. 1 in Warsaw from 4th February 2008 to 20th June 2008.

He was responsible for preparing and conducting lessons with year 4 pupils in accordance to the curriculum.

His responsibilities also included creating a safe, stimulating and supportive learning environment for students with special educational needs and cooperating with an assisting SEN teacher.

He proved to be a reliable and dependable employee with excellent 100% attendance.

I would happily re-employ Mr Kabica as I consider him to be a valuable member of the team, who delivered all expectations during his employment at my school.
