Last summer, I had been visiting ´La Sagrada Familia´ cathedral.
I would like to explain some things about his principal architect, Antonio Gaudí.
For example: his life and why he is important in our country.
First, Antonio Gaudí was born in Reus.
He was obsessed with the nature and his forms.
He studied architecture in Barcelona.
Also, he was very catholic.
And in his constructions, he mixed the nature and the geometry.
Although he was very ill, he did not die of any disease, he was killed by a tram.
Antonio Gaudí is a very important figure in our days.
Because he is the main representative of modernism in Spain.
Furthermore, he is the most important architect of ´La Sagrada Familia´ cathedral.
This construction is a posthumous construction, because it is still being built.
To sum up, when I was a child, I used to be bored in the churches.
But now, since I have visited ´La Sagrada Familia ´cathedral I appreciate more the churches.
If I were you, I would visit it.
It will leave you astounded.
