    • The antenna design involved from previous work [2] where integrated balun was used in common with radiating elements in the sense of their electrical connection.
    • Signal from port 1 propagates toward radiators and does not go to port 2.
  • In this case, it is possible to excite radiators at two different frequencies simultaneously from different ports.
  • On the other hand, in this design the lines, denoted by SS and S are electrically disconnected with the balancing unit, in contrast to the design reported in [2], where radiating dipole arms were attached to the prolongation of the integrated balun.
  • When exciting port 1 the radiating field of the antenna is formed predominantly by short terminal-fed dipole, while the meander dipole is quiescent.
