• The course was just like waking up, I became TA of it, got ranked in the best 5% of all the other courses and started MOOCs to fill my gaps, especially in programming.

• Furthermore, I began working with the course´s teacher, where we focus in a project funded by the World Bank that aims to predict the potential employability and job-creation capacity of startups, analyzing its business plans.

• NLP´s power delighted me, so I kept the work as my thesis, which was awarded as the best undergraduate thesis in the country and gets published on a national journal.

• Finally, I also got the second-best grade of the final exam of my career.

• After that, I started working at Sodimac, a big home improvement retailer in America, where I became Analytics manager at a very shot age.

• In parallel, a ravenous curiosity started inside me in a broader scope than just AI, where I did two specializations.

• Astronomy and robotics captivated me, and I blended approaches from that fields in AI problems with very good results.

• I was sure that sharing my experience will help other people understand that AI will reshape the world as we know it, so I took the challenge of becoming professor of a core data mining course at the University of Chile.

• Two years later and based of student´s feedback and TA´s applications, I can say that I am having an impact on them.
