Text from MARYFE23 - English

  • I speak English with my toddler.

    • Last couple of days ago, I took a casual English online test, I got an intermediate level.
  • But I think the result was too high for my actual or current English skill.
    • I always get stuck in picking vocabularies that I really meant and put in to sentences when I have to write or speak out.
    • My 1 year and 8 month-toddler has started speaking.
    • I have tried to make it sounds natural and custom to talk to him in English.
    • I believe that being approached with the language and got a real interaction at the younger age is a good start to learn English, even though, I'm not perfect in English but... well, I don't have to wait until I'm perfect right?, because the perfection will never come(in the basis of nothing is perfect!).
    • By the way, I have an intention to be better in English, I and my boy will enjoy learning together.
