Therefore, an increasing number of German higher education institutions offer a Dual Career Service, which supports the accompanying partner in finding a job.

The Dual Career Network, which was founded in 2010 and based in Germany, combines these initiatives and already comprises over 30 members.

After all, each institution of higher education that provides Dual-Career assistance for top academic professionals becomes a more attractive employer.
