I have had many teachers through my life, since good ones to the worst ones.

The best teachers have met a diverse group of qualities, that makes them successful.

First, they listen to students and they know what are the necessities of the students, For example, my Mathematic's teacher identified two groups in my course, advanced and intermedia level, and he focused on the group with more difficulties for learning.

Second, a good teacher understands that students learn better if they use funny techniques.

To illustrate it, I'm going to talk about my Language's teacher.

Who always taught in different places as farms, houses, and even pools.

Third, to be respectful with the culture religion and sexuality of the students.

Teachers have to guarantee the free development of student's identity and to promote the tolerance to the difference.

In conclusion, the capacity to identify the necessities of students, the use of innovative methodologies of teaching, and respectful behavior are traits of the best teachers.
