  • Merger

    • Dear John, With regards to the merger of the companies, we pay our lawyer (Jack) for everything : the drafting of the memo and all other documents related to the mergers (Minutes,etc..).
    • It is nearly impossible to assess his fees because Jack has been working for us on different subjetcs for a long time and the invoices have been mixed up.
    • Furthermore, he had to chase up our Accountant for many Financial documents which did not help.
    • I agree with you that it will be easier to let him finalised both mergers.
    • What I can do is to ask him for a new estimation of his fees (since we have now a better overview of the steps).
    • Last but not least, what is your position regarding the notification of the merger to the fiscal administration ? Thank you. Best regards.
