    • Sunday 18th February

    • I had a morning gym session for a change and I felt pretty good, I hitted my back and shoulders.
    • After that I went back home for smoothie and meal.
    • I lazed home watching a video game clip named God Of War 3 and wrote down some english words I do not know or want to use later.
    • I have eaten a whole gluten free bread that I cooked as pain perdu way with peanut butter and honey.
    • Mum and Dad were on their way back, it took them the entire day to travel back.
    • I want to delve my new lifestyle of eating and cut-off gluten, sugar and salt for a while.
    • Also I let my hair and beard grow as I fancy having a new style.
