    • For that it's very interesting to notice that while the most men are satisfied about flexibility of work hours, only 37% of female workers agree with them.
    • In fact, the most women (51%) are dissatisfied with flexibility.
    • Conversely both groups agree in that the frequency and amount of bonuses is unsatisfactory and however are satisfied with the physical working environment.
    • In the light of the information raised we can pull out two interpretations.
    • First of all we should look over our familiar conciliation policy to check we don't make differences between men and women.
    • Secondly we should analyse familly responsabilities of our employees in order to figure out if men and women profiles are so opposed that our flexibility rules can be seen in such contrary way.
    • Regarding the issue about the bonuses and despite almost everybody are satisfied, I think we should collect more specific information about that because the 20-30% of our employees are openly unsatisfied.
    • Finally we should be really proud about our office because most of the workers are content with the physical working environment although 20% of them are not.
    • For all this I insistently recommend starting a new inquiry to know the main reasons because women are so upset about flexibility in the company.
    • After that we have to discuss and design a new policy that pleased both women and men.
    • Moreover we should change our incentive system of bonuses for something easier to achieve and with the possibility for our workers to being able to select some options and choosing the more advisable for them To end I would like to suggest the idea of put a suggestions mailbox to know what things workers would change about the physical working environment and by this way we would get both suggestions and creative ideas for change the office.
