  • Official Complaint Letter

  • I am writing this letter to lodge an official complaint against one of my colleague Mr DS.
  • Mr DS has been continiously bullying me for the past six months.
    • He has shown a lack of respect toward me at work.
    • Mr DS is responsible of creating a tensed atmosphere during our deliveries.
    • Also he has been rude to other people many times and I had to deal with some of them to avoid any worsening situations.
    • I have already tried to complain about it as my colleagues from the transport office has been asking me about this driver but it seems that no mesures has been taking.
  • I had no other option than contacting you.
    • The constant pressure from Mr DS has led me anxious at work with him.
    • I am asking to stop going out with this driver as I don't feel safe with Mr DS.
  • Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible as it is becoming very awkward for me to resolve the issue and perform my job properly in that specific situation.
