It's necessary to ask why fake news are developing ?

Indeed, if fake news circulate on Internet, it's necessary to crack down with the same media.
It raises an important issue : on Internet everything is going so fast that information is passed in a little bit of time, and take a such extent that internet users don't be careful.
They think that, if information is so present it's because it's true.
Internet is the area of scoop, urgency and fad.
The principal goal is to buzz without thinking to keep some time for a thorough verification.

Yes, tools have to exist in order to reduce and stop misinformation but without harm freedom of speech.
This is the base of our democraty and even if fake news « killing people's mind » according to Tim Cook, their control musn't impinge on freedom of speech.
Without it, Internet itself would lose all interest.
