- The second way is to overcome the fatigue that very often I choose - this is drawing.

- Your task is to draw as you want your hand, because of this you are splashing out all your negativity and fatigue on paper.
- And you will feel the lightness in your mind.
- The third way is self-massage, usually I do it with a pencil on the blunt side.
- I start to press them on the cervical zone, the area of the forearm.
- It is very relaxing, or I grab each finger, the opposite hand and start to pull it gently.
- The sensations are very pleasant and will certainly help you relax.
