A LETTER OF COMPLAINT
- Dear Sir o Madame,.
- I am unhappy with the quality of a mountain bag.
- I bought at the shop on 3 august 2017.
- Firstly, the bag is smaller than in the bag in the photo.
- Furthermore, when yesterday in my home I opened the bag it was broken.
- Then I went to the shop but nobody wanted to help me.
- Please, let me know as soon as possible what action you propose to take.
- You can contact me on 000 00 00 00 during working hours or after hours on 111 11 11 11 to discuss this matter further.
- Any way if I do not hear from you within then days, I will Lodge a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs.
- I look forward to hearing from you within the next ten days.
