I think eating fast foods is pretty a bad habit.

For example, a lot of people rely in their daily food on canned foods which contain many addetives, and they are not as nutritious as fresh foods.

Furthermore, fast foods are very high in fat, salt and sugar so we should eat them in a small amounts.However, Many people do not have much time to cook so they eat fast foods everyday, but we can recommend these people to alternate fast food with fresh food on every second day.
