    • So I have some topic for TOEFL essay and here it is: You have enough money to purchase either a house o a business.
    • Which would you choose to buy?Give specific reasons to explain your choice.
    • I think I would invest my money into a house and there are several reasons why I prefer a real estate than business.
    • The first is I can always sell my house and to put received amount into a business.
    • Secondly, any business involves a lot of risks unlike an acquiring a house.
  • For instance, if my business fails I will not return my money.
    • So many people will agree with me that buying the real estate is a reliable investment for all times.
  • From this statement flows the third reason which I want to explain.
    • It is that the purchase a house can be a first step to making a business, for example, the leasing.
    • And nowadays the leasing or the rent is a very profitable business.
    • Thus, through buying a house we can kill two birds with one stone.
    • Namely, we are able to live in the purchased house for some time and then if it will be needed we can rent one or two rooms and make a little business.
