Food

• Food plays the important role in a human´s life, beacause it‘s the basis of the health und we cannot exist without food.

• I understood these easy ideas, when i began to live alone und to cook myself.

• First of all i would like to say, that i’m not vegetarian, but I feel myself better, if i eat more fruits und vegetables.

• I try to buy more apples, oranges, pears.

• I like to cook a salads.

• For example i can to use like ingredients tomatoes, cucumbers, radish, onion.

• In morning i dont want to cook very longly, so i eat usually a yogurt and a few sandwiches with cheese or salami.

• At lunch, i think, that one must to try to eat a soup, beacause it’s very useful for the digestive organ.

• Sometimes i like to roast meat and sausages.

• I eat usually meat with the different sauces, for example ketchup or mustard.

• I can sometimes visit fast-food, but i try to do it not very often, because i understand, that if i will eat a fast-food too often, it can to be very harmful for my health.
