  • Describing some actions in English

    • I woke up at 7am to take my wife to see the doctor.
    • I got in my car that was pulled over in the garage and started it.
    • Then I backed my car up and took it out of the garage.
    • My wife locked the gates, got in the car and we left.
  • I turned left on the first street (or block) and then I turned right on the next one.
    • It was rush hour and there were a bunch of cars on the street.
  • When we got to the hospital I pulled over my car on the street and got out.
    • I locked the doors and we walked to the hospital.
    • When we got there we went upstairs and walked to the reception.
  • My wife waited to be called and after 20 minutes a nurse called her.
  • She entered the room and I kept waiting for her outside.
    • When she left the room we took the elevator to the first floor.
    • We left the hospital and walked to the car.
    • Afterwards I opened the doors and we got in.
  • I started my car and we left.
    • I took my wife to her mom's house and then I came home.
    • She was going to keep her mom company for a while.
