  • Introduction

  • I have absolved my industrial placement in the Antichi Ovili Hotel in Italy(Sardinia).
    • The industrial placement was in the period between the 27 June and the 22 July 2016.
    • The working time depended from the department where I worked.
    • First of all, I work in the kitchen department, the shift began at 9 am and end at 3 pm.
    • My second working week in the restaurant began at 8 am and end at 4 pm.
    • The last two weeks I had the opportunity to spend them at the reception.
  • The working hours started at 9 am until 3 pm.
