Complain with an airline
- Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to express my concern about my lost suitcase that happened in my recent airplane travel with your airline.
- I had had a flight to Tehran with your plane last week.
- Unfortunately, my suitcase lost in destination and that was not delivered.
- That was very unexpectedly from this famous and great airline but, it happened to me.
- Although, I contacted your representative and notice them my suitcase is brown and contain cloths with Important documents and they told me I could deliver it in 2 days but, I did not get any update from the suitcase after a week.
- I regret to inform you that your service was below my expectation and I am sorry to selected your airline to travel.
- I believe this matter deserve your urgent attention and I hope you can settle this situation.
- However, I want to know what did your colleagues do to resolve my problem until now?
