At the same time, users must have enough awareness to deal with these tools effectively, because it is not easy to use it beside their bad effect on health, like the effect of screen on human eye.

This new style will make changing to the high level of education, like university.

We can see now the spreading of online-education, and how many famous universities adopt it.

Also the professional training courses change, and a lot of companies prefer the online-training because it reduces costs and saves time.

While the effecting of computers and internet on elementary and secondary levels will be simple.

Because students in these classes need human relation and personal care mare than needing for learning, so the new technology may help to minimize the weight of books that students carry every day.

For example, you can use IPad to teach your child, but you can not let him to deal with it independently.

As conclusion, using PCs, IPads, or other devices in learning does not mean that we do not need teachers.

That may be right only for high education and training.
