Nelson Mandela

• I choose to tell you about Nelson Mandela's life because he is a famous man who earn a lot of respect.

• It's thanks to him the Apartheid was abolished in South Africa.

• The Apartheid was a racist government, directed by white men who put away blacks men.

• Nelson Mandela was born the eighteenth July 1918 (nineteen-eighteen) in South Africa.

• He was a tribal leader son.

• He was called Madiba in his tribal.

• In 1941 (nineteen forty-one), he studded the law in the University for black student of Johannesburg.

• It was at this moment that he understood really the inequalities of the Apartheid.

• Nelson Mandela was a pacifist men.

• In 1952 (nineteen fifty-two) he opened a blacks lawyer's office in Johanesbourg, and became a leader of the ANC (African National Congress).

• ANC was a political party which defended blacks men's law.

• The trigger event was a manifestation which was organized by ANC where policemen killed 69 (sixty-nine) men.

• And where ANC was forbidden by authorities.

• Nelson Mandela set up sabotage because the pacifist method were useless.

• He was arrested in 1962 (nineteen sixty-two) and get life sentence.

• People liked Mandela and a lot of people objected the Apartheid.

• He wanted the Mandela release.

• He was released in 1990 (nineteen ninety), thanks to Frederik de Klerk the New President who negotiated about Apartheid abolishment with him.

• In 1994, Mandela was elected president and they was awarded three years later.

• He was dead the 5 (five) december 1993 (nineteen ninety- nineteen ninety-three), leaving his third wife, Graça Simbine, three children and a world sadden .

• He had two other children who was sadly already dead too...
