• I went to Birmingham in the afternoon with Freddy, we went to GNC the supplement shop where I buy my supplements and he bought isolate protein.

• Then we walked in the street and went in a pub restaurant where we got lunch : chicken boneless with chips and a bottle of cider and a pint of beer very nice.

• Afterwards I got cash money to give him back and we discussed after a coffee drink we got in Greggs.

• We went back to Walsall and I got back home at 7 pm and having dinner.
