    • am an IT-Freelancer for 4 years now.
  • I work for small and medium sized companies, which mostly work in the property industry.
  • These companies have ideas of optimizing specific operating procedures or just want to automate a routine work.
  • Some of them need help with existing web applications or tools too.
  • My current project is an IOS Application for furnished living and short time rent.
  • With this application people can find furnished accommodations like apartments, flats or houses.
    • They can get informations about the object, watch pictures and if they want they can send an email search request to the real estate agency which supervises that object.
  • The target group for this IPhone Application are students, freelancers and people who need an accommodation for a period of 1 or 2 years at maximum.
  • Because they have to move to a certain place for work or study.
    • I create this Application for the Homecompany, which offers furnished accommodations in Germany.
    • Well, to be self-employed is really nice, because you can allot time by my self.
  • It's perfect if u are a student.
    • You can choose the work you do and when you do.
  • And the best thing is that you can assume projects where you have no idea of the matter.
    • Because you maybe need a new programming language to implement a specific project.
  • So if you want to, you can work in a wide area and improve yourself.
