    • Overall, Madrid during these years had the most price increase (from -5% to more than +10%).
  • Instead, Houses in Frankfort hadn’t changed their costs too much, in fact the difference between 1990 and 2000 it’s just less than 1%.
    • Furthermore, Frankfort is the only city which the price decreases, instead of growing.
  • Other cities which increase their house’s prices are Tokyo, London and New York with a difference respectively of 10%, 3% and 2%.
  • In the end, after the 1996 just the city of Tokyo has a house price less expensive than the 1989; in fact New York, Madrid and London after a fall between 1990 and 1995, restore and increase their prices during the last few years between 1996 and 2000.
