Youtube killed the tv-star?!
- When I was a child I loved to watch TV.
- But my parents were aware of limiting the access and regulate the program.
- Later I could watch what I want and also watch for longer times.
- But I first was owner of a TV not till I reached 16 years.
- But then I looked very, very much.
- The first two years I looked every day at least one hour.
- But at that time I also already had a PC and internet-access.
- So I learned about the young internet and its possibilities.
- When I was 22 or 23 television gets more and more boring and when I moved to my first own place I gave my TV to my sister.
- Since then I never had a own TV.
- I never missed it really.
- The first years, when I visited my parents or siblings I watched one or two days a little bit.
- But the interest decrease with every time I looked television.
- I do not want to say everything what one can look on television is bad.
- But the most is.
- There exist a good show, there is a nice film or documentary.
- The most I don't like at television programs is not having the choice to look when I want.
- You have to comply with the TV programs not vice versa.
- The second big point I hate is the big mass of commercials.
- I do not want to see that.
- In the past, the internet gave you very good possibilities to look the nice stuff when you want to look and without much advertising.
- I know - advertising rose and is still rising.
- But still, I like the development, because you still have much more power of choosing.
- And also you have the possibility of interact with the producers and other people (and ad-blocker is still very useful).....
