  • Training course

    • The analysis of profitability of the building sites allow of know the clean margin which was made during the works construction sites.
    • To do the analysis, I realized two different analysis, one on a joinery construction site and the other one on a sheetrock construction site.

    • Secondly, the calculations concern expenses about which there are various calculations: the hourly cost of the labor employees, meals, transports costs, provider materials about which there is 2% of deduction on others materials (glue, screw…).
    • Then the expenses annexes which be equivalent to water, to electricity, renting lorry… The calculations are made in a different way: - Meals: number of days * by number of employees - The transports costs: 2 (be equivalent to return trip) * by number kilometer (of workshop at construction site) by the number days / 8 (liters of diesel in the lorry) - Provider materials: On provider invoices, I search for goods which belong to customer (I found them by the customer name and place of construction site) I realized calculations for know all expenses materials to which it is necessary to retain 2% for others materials.
  • - The expenses annexes have were write on count annual result of 2014.
  • I have make the total of all the charges.
  • Then, I have realized an other calculation for know the clean margin which is subtraction from total of all the charges and the customer invoice and the result give the clean margin from construction site.
