The soldier's experience World War 1
- It all began on July 28 with Austria-Hungary declared war on Serbia with bombing of Belgrade.
- At that time we did not know what was coming.
- Then the inevitable happened.
- I was a mere craftsman 28 years living with my wife and two great kids, I was called to go to war to defend my country.
- I did not have my say, I had to carry out orders without question.
- This fight lasted until 1918.
- When this new was learned we were 5 men in the same neighborhood.
- After saying our goodbye to our loved ones, we have taken the path of early horror.
- On the way we feel strong, brave, courageous, but on the other hand fear invaded us ... fear of never returning.
- Once in the trenches, hell began.
- We lived in horrible conditions between fear, lack of sanitation, mud, rats, disease and everything that follows.
- The middle of a man is not enough to face this challenge, we need more than bravery.
- More and more corpses around us.
- Sometimes we have heroic behavior.
- When a friend was injured it was impossible to abandon it, we turn our backs on to portions somehow.
- I was offset from the company as dehumanized by violence in the trenches.
- More than ten million shells were launched in a few days.
- Thousands of artillery were used.
- I was living hell in combat.
- The days passed, months, years.
- I just had one of my friends from the beginning of the experiment.
- I had crazy images seemed normal to me after living in horrible conditions every day.
- I missed my family terribly.
- I did not lose hope, I fought to the end, it was impossible for me to die here.
- And that day arrived.
- After living a horrible experience from the dead, conflicts, diseases and injuries, the end of the war sounds.
