    • My friends would describe me with the words: loyal, earnest and reliable concerning my strengths.
  • OR My strengths are that I'm able to work in a team, I stay calm in most situations and I like to work with different kinds of people.
    • If you choose the right weaknesses you can literally point out further, but weaker strenghts by not saying more about your strenghts.
    • For example: Insofar as my weaknesses are concerned, they call me on being a 'big-picture' guy.
  • I have to admit I sometimes miss small details, but I always make sure I have someone who is detail-oriented on my team.
