The bar graphs demonstrate the key purposes for education in different age groups and the desire of employers to support their workers` studying intention.

At first glance we see that there are two main reasons for education: for career development and for one`s own interest.

Over 54 % of people study for career in the age group under 39-year-old, while only 10-20% of them choose to study for interest.

Whereas the figures of students studying for both career and interest are equal among 40-49 year-old (39%), the percentage of those who study for interest is 4 times higher among people over 49 year-old (68%).

Thus, 48-60% of bosses contribute to the education of their workers under 29 year-old.

Students between 30 and 49 year-old receive help from only 30-33% of employer.

Surprisingly, 40 % of employers give a hand to people over 49 year-old who are willing to study.
