    • Some peoples consider as long as we work enough longer, we can achieve more successful in the economic.
    • Nowadays most of developing countries are using this method to develop their nations.
    • But In my opinion, I cannot completely agree with this assume.
    • Admittedly, rising the working time can speed up a country’s economic in short time.
    • After all people use more time to produce the products.
    • It is simply to calculate how much can be brought by the method.
    • So that lot of the counties like to develop economic by this way, especially in poor counties.
  • Because though that, they can rapidly get rid of the poverty and create the huge opportunities of job to their people.
  • But the fact maybe is in the contrary.
  • In the beginning the result is positive, may after a short period.
  • Some negative effects will be displayed.
  • Firstly thing is the health problem of the employees who haven’t enough time to rest.
    • It maybe cause some social problems later.
    • Secondly problem is about the efficiency.
  • Although the employees work long than before, they don’t get any improvement from the technical.
  • They just repeat their daily works and it is prone to be replaced by another counties which have the similar situations.
  • More important issue could be aroused by enhancing the work time is social problem.
  • If you add time to work, you have to reduce the time to accompany with your family.
  • Also you have less time to do your personal activities.
  • For example, the space of the education, the sport or the travel will be impact.
  • If this phenomena keep contiguous, it will cause the more serious problem for whole society.
    • In my view, we need strictly control the working time for our employees.
  • Any plan for increasing working time should be evaluate carefully.
  • Any ambitious of simulating economic must be consider seriously, especially at this point.
