  • My workout. Exercises №3-7.

  • All other exercises are called "leg lifts".
  • I lie on my left side with my legs stracked, my head resting on the bottom arm, my right hand on the floor.
  • I lift my right leg to 45 degrees. hold for a breath and return.
  • And I repeat this exercise on my right side and left leg.
  • After this, I lie face up on the floor with extended legs, raise one to the vertical and lower and then repeat with the other leg.
  • Next, I lie face down on a mat, lift my left leg and right arm, hold for 10 seconds, then switch to my right leg and left arm.
  • This exercise also called "The Superman"!
