My workout. Exercise №1.
- The first exercise is called "bridge".
- I lie on my back with my knees bent and heels close to my bottom.
- My feet should be shoulder-width apart and flat on the floor.
- I raise my hips up to create a straight line from knees to shoulders.
- And tighten my abdominal and buttock muscles.
