Anybody can speak good English?

Cause English should be a important thing in my language skills.

If I go to Aboard for study or holiday, I need English to make a conversation with a people's and I want to have a pen pals where we can sending a postcard and knowing about other cultures..

It's sounds so cool I guess :) so it's just my first text in English..
