    • difficult team work situation

    • I remember one situation from the university.
    • I and other three colleagues were making case study.
    • Case study was about little industrial company.
    • Company wanted to invest moneny to buy little hydro-electric power plant, so company would make its own electricity and save money.
    • Everybody in our team had own task in this case study.
    • My task was to create finance plan of this investment, how it would affect balance sheet, cash flow and income statement.
    • Problem was that one colleague did not his task because he tought that we would make it instead of him.
    • He made use of the fact that our team was marked as a team by one mark.
    • We told to him that it is not nice of him but he did not want to do his task.
    • So we three colleagues decided that we would devided his task.
    • His task was Peste analysis and SWOT analysis.
    • Next time we did not cooperate with him because he had lost our trust to him.
