    • Request for an advice

    • I am working in an Internet Service Provider company.
    • We have about 20.000 clients and near 3000 access switches.
    • We use D-link and some unnamed vendor for GPON on access, Extreme, Juniper, Cisco in Core and Distribution layers.
    • I have task to find a good software to management our network.
    • We need Inventory, Management, Configuration tool.
    • Now we have only Zabbix for monitor our network, Billing that we outsource, some type of HelpDesk for control our problems that we are receiving from clients.
    • Could you please advice me some software to accomplish that tasks? Thank you!
