Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
- It’s a yes from me for this statement. I think breakfast IS the most important meal of the day. Breakfast is the first meal of the day. It enables us to work or study energetically and efficiently for the whole morning. If we neglect eating breakfast, we are not able to focus on our work and study and even may faint in the mid-morning. Not only having breakfast is important but also having a good breakfast is very important too. As an old saying goes, eat good at breakfast, eat full at lunch and eat little at dinner. So having a nutrirous breakfast helps us start a new day with energetic body and lightful mind. It’s with no doubt the most important meal of the day.
