  • Sometimes we act as if we really know what we are doing.

    • When something like that happens and we are satisfied with the results, we’re not likely to accept we may be wrong in something.
    • We won’t listen to others advices until problems become so big that we can’t be blind for longer.
  • This is what happens with many business people.
    • They work very hard to keep their business going and they do that after having developed a particular and personal way or running a business.
    • When they eventually get the skills, they are reluctant to change them even if the business conditions are changing.
    • When these people eventually realize what’s going on, it’s already too late for their business to be saved.
