  • Writing a letter of complaint.

    • Dear sir, madam, I'm writing to complain about the newspaper that appeared the 03 May 2014.
    • I've had subscription to your paper for 15 years and I'm affraid to say that I'm very dissatisfied because of bad printing.
  • Now, I'm paying 12€ per month to receive a daily newspaper at home.
    • But, last day, I haven't been able to read the paper.
    • I had plenty of colors who stained my hands and the small ads columns were really unreadable !
    • If you don't propose me a solution, I think that I'm going to terminate(/cancel ?) my subscription !
