  • Good afternoon, guys!
  • I took a nap after lunch.
    • Lunch was beef stew (it was actually water buffalo meat) and leftovers from breakfast.
  • My oldest nephew is staying with us and will be here for two weeks.
  • His mom's gone for another course of first aid training as part of her job as a Red Cross trainer.
    • He's been feeling a little sick since last night and I gave him an analgesic for headache.
    • When he woke up, his throat is sore I believe from tonsil inflammation.
    • I told his mom to get those removed come school break because tonsillitis is becoming more of a regular problem for him.
  • He gets it at least three times per year.
  • I think something sweet or anything cold plus a weak immune system triggers tonsillitis.
  • So, he's staying away from Milo and soda, well, at least for now. Time for work. Bye!
