About healthy eating. Lunch and dinner.
- The majority of people have lunch at work.
- They go to cafes, canteens, others prefer to buy a kind of a light snack and have it right at their workplaces.
- However you should be very careful and avoid eating junk food like crisps, chips, hamburgers, fizzy drinks and so on.
- The best lunch may consist of salad, home-made sandwiches, and if you go to the canteen you can allow yourself to have a three-course meal which is, of course, the ideal choice.
- As for the dinner you are left for yourself, but don’t forget to be sensible and choose only right and healthy dishes.
- Very often we have lots of problems with evening meal, because it is often hard to digest it and we have annoying pains in our stomachs.
- But the scientists convince us of the use of eating between five and eight pm, they say that your dinner will be easy-to-digest in this period of time.
- You may have indigestion because of too spicy, salty or sweet food as well.
- If it is so try to cut down the use of different spices, salt and sweets and you’ll feel better at once.
- The same concerns various exotic dishes.
- Then it is very useful to have some bites of food during the day.
- But avoid late snacks because they fill you with unnecessary calories and can disrupt your sleep.
