    • I want to tell you about rules of healthy eating which every person should observe.
  • Drink more water.
  • In fact, adults should drink a litre or more water per day in addition to tea, coffee, juice and other beverages.
    • Water removes toxins out of our organism and helps to control our eating.
  • What is more drinking enough water can make us feel much better, be in high spirits and full of energy.
