What to eat
- If I hang on a second and think about good food, I start getting worried about it.
- Which diet is the best one ?
- By researching on internet, I can find as much diets as shirts.
- But the question is are all of them good for health ?
- I am not focusing on diets such as vegan's or relion restrition's diet which rely on philosofical matters.
- The low carbohydrate diet nown as Adkin diet recommands to reduce carbohydrate intake.
- According to this diet carbohydrate must represent only 5 to 10% of calories intake.
- That drive to increase proteins and lipids intakes.
- And after few days which are necessary to allow our metabolism to use lipids for energy, lipids will no longer be stored instead of use as energy and we are supposed to lose weight.
- Personally, I didn't try this diet yet.
- The seignalet diet witch relys on 5 forbiden types of food.
- Cereals (most common of them), dairy products, fried food, some oil.
- It recommands also an organic food consomtion.
- The mediteranean diet which has nothing to do with eating a hambourger in Marseilles, consists on eating more vegetables, some season's fruit, olive oil based food, very small amont of meat Taking in to account this few diets, a huge part of our diet are considerated to be unhealthier.
