Beside the already mentioned key barriers: Underdeveloped charging infrastructures (tridimensional -economic, technical and legal- difficulty of charging infrastructures’ development • Poor circulation of the essential information not only among the actors of the supply side but also in the society.
The essential users’ information (on the TCO for example) needs real communication and sensibilisation efforts.
• The EVs’ prices remain still high.
• To date, all concerned actors are not convinced of the advantages of EVs development.
- So they may not hider their promotion but they neither encourage it.
