Conversation Dutch

This is ridiculous ... I  live in Holland but I  can only speak a little bit dutch
& taking a dutch course here is very expensive (A' dam)  :(
Does anyone here can teach me? What I  need is conversation in dutch.
prefers someone who also live in Holland.
