Dutchie can't speak dutch

Hello, Born in the USA to Dutch father and aruban (dutch technically) mother, i for some reason didn't learn dutch, and since i might move to holland and spend plenty of time in aruba and curacao with dutch family i would love to learn it, but can't find teachers in miami, just looking online for lessons and the such
