    • Can anybody explain me the exact meaning of the “može“ word?.In this specific case it is more like "OK", than the word "able to".¶

Ok, in this context, "može" refers to both people, the person asking and Maja too. In this case, we can ask ourselves "Što može?" (Što = What), and the answer is "To može" (To = It), it is the whole request - here "može" can be intepreted as "I request this, OK?", so ore like "Maya and I are going to the city, OK?". You are corect that "može" is a third person singular, and that Maja seems like a logical "third person" - but here the "third person" refers to the whole abstract idea of them 2 going out. I hope this helps, if it is confuzing let me know and I will try and see what can I do :)¶
