Anchi Hoye. Meaning in English

Hello. I'm studying Ethiopian music and a scale or mode called Anchi Hoye or Anchihoye Lene. I'd like to know what this means in English. I guess it is Amharic, but I don't know.  What does "Anchi" mean? What does "Hoye" mean? Can someone please help?
